Welcome to Igife. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Igifeâ€™s app discovery platform and related services (the â€œServiceâ€). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We will endeavor to provide notice of material changes, and continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and all related content, features, software, and design elements (collectively, the "Igife Content") are owned or licensed by Igife. All rights, title, and interest in the Igife Content are reserved. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names used in connection with the Service are the property of their respective owners.

User Content. You may submit content through the Service (for example, reviews or ratings) ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content; by submitting it, you grant Igife a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service and for related business purposes. You confirm you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

Third-Party Links and Apps Hosted on Google Play

The Service may provide links to third-party sites, apps, or content, including mobile applications hosted on Google Play. Igife does not host, maintain, or control these apps or their content. Your use of any third-party app obtained through Google Play is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective third party and Google Play, not by these Terms. Igife disclaims any responsibility for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of such apps. We do not warrant those third-party apps, and we encourage you to review their terms before use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." IGIFE AND ITS LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES, NOR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IGIFE AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL IGIFE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO IGIFE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or for other reasons we deem appropriate. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you shall terminate, and you must cease use of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Igife operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in that jurisdiction.
